Delivery date for the COBIT User's Guide for Service Managers has slipped to "first quarter of 2009". (You may recall the IT Skeptic suggested this book will "put a cat amongst the ITIL pigeons").
Could this have anything to do with this book being - as far as I know - the first ISACA/ITGI book to be subjected to itSMF's IPESC review process to allow them to get the ITIL stamp of approval? I wonder what cultural collisions that is triggering. Perhaps a few alarm bells have finally gone off in Castle ITIL...  Buy your books here to support this blog: |
