The itSMF International Executive Board (IEB) announced Marianna Billington as chair for the coming year. Yay Marianna! Another high-flying Kiwi in ITSM. Congratulations.
Actually the news was on Twitter days ago, I think @servicesphere called it first.
The remaining directors:
- Alejandro Debenedet continues to be the Director for Chapter Relations and also takes up the role as vice-chair.
- Ulf Myrberg continues as Director of Qualifications, Certifications & Standards.
- Hon P Suen continues as Director of priSM.
- Christopher Jones has been appointed as the Treasurer and Director of Publications & Translations
- Harold Petersen is now the Director of Marketing & Brand
