It must be easy and cheap - look at this ad for a freelance programmer: Looking to create a ITIL CMDB database. Very standard datastructure you can go online and check it. Would prefer someone with experience... MS SQL ... MS Windows... Delhi Budget? $30-$250 No, dollars.
