Free ICT Governance collection of articles for download
The latest issue of a Spanish IT magazine looks at ICT Governance, and it is available for download in English.
The IT Skeptic's humble contribution to the latest edition of Novatica magazine is pretty basic amongst some sophisticated company. Novatica is translated into English and published as UPGRADE, the European journal for the Informatics Professional. (Before you ask, apparently informatics is "the science of information, the practice of information processing, and the engineering of information systems" according to Wikipedia).
This edition's focus is ICT Governance, and the authors include well known names on this blog Jan van Bon and Troy DuMoulin, and one of the editors is Antonio Valle-Salas. The range of governance-related articles is impressive, canvassing PMBOK and Pricnce2, ITIL V3, business intelligence, ISO20000, COBIT, and Val IT. For me the standout is Jan's article at the start but they are all impressive.
As always I'm willing to debate some of the usages of the word "governance". I'll blog on that separately.
