Identity Name James Finister Country United Kingdom Organisation Wolston Solutions About you Originally a computer auditor I discovered ITIL whilst a Senior Lecturer at the UK’s Civil Service College in the early ‘90s, and went on to deliver their ITIL courses along with Ivor Evans, before joining him at Quint as an ITIL consultant. Believing in the value of consultants retaining the smell of the coalface I took a sabbatical from consultancy to become service level manager, and then service assurance manager for a major financial services company, before returning to consultancy initially with PA and now with my own company.
