Identity Name Stephen Alexander Country USA Organisation Allegis Group About you 10 + years in IT (all in Operations) Mainly spent in Event Management - OVO, NNM, SiteScope, SiteScan, Concord SysEdge, Mercury Topaz (now BAC), OVIS, T/EC, Netview and others Now lead a successful team that does Event Management, what we call Interaction Management (Remedy, Apropos, Tivoli Service Desk, AlarmPoint) Performance Testing (Mercury LoadRunner, QTP, Winrunner) and the reporting out of each of these areas (mostly with Crystal). We will soon be running Configuration Management (probably Opsware...now HP) as well. I am ITIL Foundation certified, ISO 20000 foundation certified, Pink Elephant Practitioner in Measurements and Metrics for ITIL, and once took a course on TQM in the late 1990's when I was in the US Marine Corps (itself no stranger to process and procedures).
