Understand that Thought Rock came to itSMF-USA unsolicited by itSMF-USA to ask if we were interested in the offer. We agreed - what a benefit to our membership! This is where we implemented the offer from Thought Rock without fully considering all implications and this is what we will rectify next week. All training companies (or other sponsors) interested in providing our membership a 'perk' for joining or being a member, will have the same sort of opportunity to offer some service.
