 <title>more to SM than dirty deeds</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I fully support that somebody brings the dirty deeds in the ITIL univers to our attention, but there are many more things to SM that could benefit from a skeptical view than just ITIL (and then there is also the rest of It of course)&lt;br /&gt;
So maybe spend some more time on those too...&lt;/p&gt;
